On 13-14 June 2023, the AAMVS team met in Geneva at the Small Arms Survey and GICHD offices. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure all team members update on the progress made in regard to the workplan since the planning meeting that took place in March 2023. The meeting was successful in updating the workplan 2023-2024 and reaching further clarity and concensus on key issues surrounding the development of the AAMVS and its self-assessment tool. AMAT is developing the AAMVS in close collaboration with the EU and its member states via its "EU Advisory Network".
