Access the AAMVS Package
The AAMVS package consists of two documents: the self-assessment tool and the accompanying guidance. Together they provide everything needed to complete and interpret an AAMVS assessment. Both documents are freely available and require no registration to download.
The self-assessment tool comprises 37 questions across nine sections covering Normative Frameworks, Organisation, Safety, Security, Personnel, Training, Infrastructure, Finance, and Material Acquisition. The guidance document provides instructions for states completing the assessment, as well as for export licensing agencies and other reviewing authorities analysing the results.
